REFUNDS :

I do not accept refunds, as all my items are personalised and handmade. if your item happens to have a fault please get in touch with your name, order number and address so I can try to resolve this matter quickly.

If you would like to return an item please contact: annorableorders@yahoo.com and I will help you as best I can. Please have you order number ready so I can locate your order and process a return if applicable.

To be eligible for a return please look below:

> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition from when you received it

> It must be in the original packaging 

> To complete your return we require a proof of purchase
> To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind

> If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days this is usually 3-5 days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Do you do custom orders?​

As well as designing brand inspired designs I also love creating custom orders! If you have a personalised idea in mind please get in touch. Due to the amount of custom orders I'm currently receiving shipping will take 5-10 days to arrive (this includes 1-2 days making process) all custom orders can not be changed and can not be refunded by any means.

Can I cancel my order?​

I accept cancellations of orders up to 1 hour after they were purchased. After that amount of time I do not accept cancellations.

How long until I receive my order?

Your order will be made and dispatched within 7 working days. Once your order has been shipped it should take 3-5 working days to arrive. This only applies to the UK, delivery times may be longer for international orders. Current wait time can be as long as 14 days due to Christmas delays UK ONLY

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the UK is free when you spend over £65. When you spend less than £65 there is a £3.50 delivery charge.

All international shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and where you are located. Selected International orders can be sent fully tracked if the option is chosen when checking out so you can keep up to date with how close your parcel is to you!
